Find the rebooking report in Reports>Appointments.

This report will look at all appointments performed in the date range selected.

What is a rebooked appointment?

An appointment is counted as rebooked if:

  • There is a future appointment in the calendar by the end of the day of the index appointment

Example 1:

Mrs Smith has 2 appointments in the diary, one today and one for next week. When she checks out today, her appointment will be marked as rebooked.

Example 2:

Mrs Smith has an appointment today. She checks out and goes home but later books an appointment online at 11 pm. This appointment will be marked as rebooked as the future appointment was created before midnight.

The report has totals at the top followed by the individual appointments listed below. The value of the rebooked appointments is given as the price the patient is expected to pay.
