You can invite your clients to leave a Google review by an automated email sent from Collums. You can choose between two options:
Via the "Invoice Payment" notification (sent when an invoice is paid) or
Via an automated marketing email sent a certain amount of time after a visit.
First, you will need to know the link (URL) for your Google review page.
Find your Google review url

To create and share a link or QR code:
To find your review link, select Read reviews>Get more reviews.
Share the link or QR code directly or use the share options.
To copy the review link, select Copy
To download the QR code:
Right-click the QR code.
Select Save image as....
1. Ask for a Google review via the Invoice Payment notification
Go to Admin>Notifications>Invoice Payment and expand the Email section.
There is already a button labelled "Leave a Google review" but you can make your own if you wish.
Click on this button and then the link icon in the tool bar
4. Enter the URL for your Google review page in the URL field.
2. Ask for a Google review via an automated marketing email
Go to Marketing>Segments (via the top menu)
Click "New segment"
Create a segment like the one below and save.
Go to Marketing>Campaigns (via the top menu) and click "New email"
Give your campaign a name and choose the recipients as the name of the segment you just created.
Design your email and include your Google review link (URL) in some text, a button or image this this:
In step 4 "Send" click "Recurring campaign"
Select your desired start date and click "No end date"
Ensure that all days are selected that you wish to send emails. Not including all days may result in emails not being sent. Unsent emails will NOT be queued and sent the next day.
Choose your send time and then click "Activate campaign"
