Lead reports

Use lead reports to analyse conversion of leads to sales

There are two lead reports:

  • New Leads - Advanced

  • New Leads - Basic

The reports are the same but the advanced version has more columns.

Navigate to the Leads reports

  1. Click "Reports" in the right hand menu.

  2. Find these reports in the "Clients & Leads" section.

  3. Use the filters to select the time period for the leads created.

  4. Click "Run report".

What the columns mean

  • Lead Name

    • The total row counts the number of unique leads - you could have 5 leads but 2 are from the same person/email address - this would be counted as a total of 4. To see the total number of leads including duplicates, see the page counter at the bottom right of the table.

  • Lead status

    • The total row tells you the Lead status that appears most in the column. If two or more Lead status share the top spot, this cell will be empty.

  • Age

    • The total row tells you the average age of your Leads.

  • Created Day

    • The total row tells you the most common day of lead creation. If two or more days share the top spot, this cell will be empty.

  • Created Method

    • If a member of staff created the Lead, their name will appear in this column.

    • If the Lead was created via the online Lead form, the cell will show "Online"

    • The total row tells you the most common Created Method. If two or more methods share the top spot, this cell will be empty.

  • Lead Owner

    • The total row tells you the Lead Owner with most leads. If two or more staff share the top spot, this cell will be empty.

  • Lead Value

    • The total value of all leads.

  • Appt booked

    • The date of the first appt booked from the Lead card.

    • The total row gives the % of Leads that have appointments in the calendar.

  • First Visit Staff

    • The staff member booked to perform the first appointment.

    • The total row tells you the staff member most commonly booked for the first appointment. If two or more staff share the top spot, this cell will be empty.

  • Appt Cat Booked

    • The category of the services booked in the first appointment.

  • Appt value

    • The value of the services in the first appointment.

    • The total row contains the total value of all services in the first appointment.

  • 1st Inv

    • The value of the invoice paid from the first appointment.

    • The total row contains the total value of all invoices from first appointments.

  • Tot No All Invs

    • The total number of invoices created for this Lead AND any other lead or client with the same email address after the creation of this Lead.

    • The total row adds all these values together.

    • This column helps you understand the amount of invoice activity from the individual after they enquired.

  • Tot No All Visits

    • The total number of visits made by this Lead AND any other lead or client with the same email address after the creation of this Lead.

    • The total row adds all these values together.

    • This column helps you understand the amount of booking activity from the individual after they enquired.

  • Sales/Visit

    • Tot All Invs / Tot No All Visits

  • Referral Source

    • The total row tells you the most common source of your Leads. If two or more sources share the top spot, this cell will be empty.
