As remote consultations require different information to those performed in person, you can create different notifications for these services.
Customise remote consultation notifications
Navigate to Admin>Notifications
The first 5 notifications (Appointment Confirmation, Reschedule, Cancellation, 1st Reminder and 2nd Reminder) contain a second tab at the top of the text box.
Click "Email content for remote service", enter your message and click "Save"
Mark services as remote
Next, tell Collums which services are remote and should receive the notifications for remote services.
Navigate to Admin>Services and click on the name of the service
Tick the 'is remote service' check box and click "Save"

Rather than creating a new notification from scratch, you can copy and paste an existing notification and make changes to it.
Click the source code button in the tool bar of the text box containing your notification.
Select all the code and copy.
Go to the new notification text box and click the source code button again.
Paste the code and save.

Regardless of the video meeting software you use, create a meeting link that is the same every time (a static meeting link). Ensure that the waiting room facility is turned on and that you have control of allowing people into the meeting. This will prevent unauthorised entry to your meeting.
