You can stop clients from being able to book appointments online. You can also stop them from cancelling and/or rescheduling online.
Go to the client card>General and click the pencil icon next to their name.
At the bottom of the edit client details window, select from the 3 block online options:
Block online booking
Block online cancellation
Block online rescheduling
If you select "Block online booking", a text box will appear. Enter the custom message you would like the client to see if they attempt to book an appointment online.
Block online booking
When this is selected, when the client goes through the online booking flow and logs in, they will see the custom message you saved.
When logged into their account, the client will not see any "Book appt" buttons.
Block online cancellation
When this is selected, when the client logs into their account, the cancel appointment option is not be shown.
Block online rescheduling
When this is selected, when the client logs into their account, the reschedule appointment option is not be shown.
