Only the account Super Admin can set up the KPI report.
When set up, the weekly KPI report is generated around 10pm every Sunday and emailed to the selected recipients as a pdf attachment.
The monthly KPI report is generated around 10pm on the last day of each month.
Set up KPI report
Go to Admin>Settings>Report.
Click the checkbox of the report that you wish to activate.
Enter the email(s) you wish to receive the reports. If more than one, separate by commas.
