Organisation settings contain important settings that apply to your entire account.
Click on Admin in the right hand menu.
If you have more than one location, ensure that you have selected "Organisation" in the drop down just below the page title.
Click "Settings" in the Organisation Settings box.
Organisation Details
Complete your organisation's details - these will be used in Collums e.g. your address at the bottom of prescriptions.
Add a logo - this will be shown at the top left of your online booking page.
Ensure that the logo is not too large and once uploaded, check how it looks on your online booking page.

Select the default notification channel (email and/or SMS) that will be used when an appointment is created or edited. This can be changed at the time creation/editing.
Payments
Payment types are the buttons present in the POS that tell Collums how a client is paying an invoice.
The Coherent payments button is used to take payment via card, payment link or the Coherent card terminal. We advise you not to disable this as you will not be able to take payments for late cancellations / no shows without it.
You can add different payment types e.g. Cash or Cheque and activate/deactivate them.
Select the default notification channel (email and/or SMS) that will be use when an invoice is paid. This can be changed at the time of payment.
Tax Rates
Two tax rates are pre-loaded: 20% VAT and 0% Exempt.

Create staff commissions at the organisational level and then apply them to the staff at the location level.

Online Booking
Require card details when booking online
Select whether to require saving card details on making an online booking. We strongly suggest that you have this switched on so that you can protect against late cancellations and no shows - there is no charge for this protection.
Online booking intervals
Select the intervals for booking appointments online. This will be calculated from the schedule start time of that member of staff. E.g. Dr Askari starts work at 10:45. If intervals are set to 30mins, his availability will show as 10:45, 11:15, 11:45 etc.
Stop last minute online bookings
Select the time within which a patient cannot book a last minute appointment. E.g. If set to 60mins, no patient will be able to book an appointments with less than 60mins notice.
Show homepage banner text
Select this to show a yellow banner at the top of your online booking page.
Don't make it too long so that it doesn't take up too much space on smaller screens.

This is the text that is shown at the end of the online booking journey.
Enter and style text in the text box using the merge tags to explain your cancellation policy and other important information.
Treatment Records
Select the toxin used for the Toxin treatment record.
Select the default dose values for the circles that can be dragged and dropped onto the face image.
You can add more than one toxin, each with their own default dose values by clicking the blue + button.
Product Stock
Tick the checkbox to allow stock control across the entire organisation.
Tick the checkbox to allow sales of negative stock items.
This is useful when selling an item that is out of stock but you want to take payment and give the client their product when the next delivery arrives.
