This is an important page for figuring what you've got in stock, what you need to order and when. It also shows who sold what and when. There are triggered reminders for you when your stock gets low.

View Stock

  1. Click on Stock in the right hand menu.

  2. You can filter/sort the list by:

    1. using the secondary menu at the top, or

    2. use the drop downs to filter by a specific product type (Retail, Professional, Prescription)

    3. use the check boxes re stock levels (low Stock shown in amber, and out of stock is shown in Red.)

    4. click on the column headers to sort the table

  3. The History "clock" symbol, at the far right of each list row, is a Stock History log. It gives you information on how and why stock may have increased or decreased, such as invoices from sales or updates to a stock take. This log is very useful in getting information when investigating stock imbalances.

  4. Click the Blue "options" button to export your stock list as a CSV file.

The "Min" column is very useful for filtering low stock items. The Low stock item changes colour when it is at the minimum allowed amount, as a trigger to remind you. Increase or decrease stock amounts by clicking on their counts in the "stock" column. You can also click on any of the products in the "Name" column and it will take you to the product detail page.
