Create Email/SMS marketing templates

Use templates to save time writing marketing messages

If you have marketing Email or SMS messages that you will use more than once, create a template to save time having to write them out from scratch.

  1. Click on Marketing in the right hand menu.

  2. Select "TEMPLATES" from the menu at the top.

  3. Click "SMS" or "Email" in the secondary menu at the top, followed by the blue button that says "New SMS/Email template".

  4. Label your template and edit the body with hyperlinked texts and emojis if needed.

  5. Use Merge tags on the right hand side, which are linked to your database.

  6. Send a test SMS/Email if you want to check.

  7. Click "Save".

TIP: 💡

Keep check on the amount of characters used in your SMS. 160 characters per SMS that is charged.
