Create a room

Allocate services and equipment to rooms to avoid double bookings

Rooms are created at the location level.

  1. Click on Admin in the right hand menu.

  2. Click the relevant clinic location in the Location Box.

  3. Click "ROOMS" from the menu at the top.

  4. Click the blue plus button next to the search bar.

  5. Enter the name (and description if desired) of the room.

  6. Click "Save".

TIP : 💡

  • Give your room a name that everyone will recognise e.g. "Doctors room" or "Big room" rather than "Room 1"
