You may want to change the number of services a client has in a course e.g. if they failed to turn up to an appointment and you wish to redeem it anyway.
Got to Client Card > COURSES
Click the "Options" button to the right of the course you wish to amend.
Select "Unredeem last service” or “Redeem service” to change the number of services still available.
Note: Manually redeeming a course treatment will not result in an invoice being generated or it being included in any reports.
