Gift card expiry is set at 1 year but can be changed manually as described below.
Navigate to Reports/Gift Vouchers/Outstanding Gift Voucher Report
Ensure you check the "Include expired" check box
Run the report to see all the gift vouchers in your system
Click the number of the gift card you want to edit
Change the date and click "Save"
If the gift voucher has already been allocated to a client's account, the expired gift voucher balance will be added to their gift card balance.
