Create a segment for all clients

Send an email or SMS to all of the clients in your database

To send an email or SMS to all the clients in your database, you will first need to create a segment to capture them all.

  1. Go to Marketing > Segment > New segment

  2. Select the rules as per the screenshot below

You can now use this segment repeatedly to send messages to your entire database.
