Online booking did not take deposit

The system will only ask for deposit if the patient doesn’t already have the required amount.

The system is designed to ask for a deposit only if the patient's account balance is less than the required deposit amount.

If a patient already has the required amount or more in their account, the system will not prompt them for an additional deposit during the booking process.
