Use Google Tag Manager to track online booking data

Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a tool to help you collect data on the way customers interact with your website, enabling you to understand how effective different online advertising/marketing campaigns are.

To use this integration, you will need a GTM account and GTM ID. You will still need your web developer to paste the GTM code into your company website.

Unless you are very familiar with GTM, you should get the advice of a professional before using this integration.

Connecting your Google Tag Manager account

  1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Google Tag Manager

  2. Enter your GTM ID in the field and save

Set us a custom online booking thank you page

You can choose to direct your client to a custom url once a successful online booking has been made.

  1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Google Tag Manager

  2. Enter your desired url in the field and save
