You can view your Collums calendar on external calendars e.g. iCal (on your iPhone or Mac), Google or Outlook. This is a one way sync, ie changes in your Collums calendar will be seen on the external calendar but you cannot make changes in your external calendar to make changes in Collums.
Each practitioner can sync their Collums calendar to an external one. If you would like to sync more than one practitioner's, repeat the steps below for each of them.
Please note, iCal on Mac is the only of the following options in which you can control how often the calendar syncs - this is not in our control. iCal on iPhone is next best with updates approx every 10 minutes.
Google and Outlook calendars will call the Collums calendar from time to time to check for updates. In our experience, it can take up to 90 minutes or more. If you need frequent refresh, please do not rely on Outlook or Google calendar.
First, locate your calendar sync URL
Regardless of the external calendar you choose, to sync your calendar, you will first need to locate your calendar sync URL. This is found in Admin>Staff>Professional and starts with https://.
