Staff must be given permission to perform services before those services can be booked with them. These service rules can be set in two different places:
Set service rules in Admin>Staff
This method is useful for when you are adding a new member of staff.
Go to Admin>Staff.
Select the staff member and then open the Service Rules section.
Select entire categories or expand them to see individual services. If you have more than one location, make sure that you select the desired services for each location.
Set service rules in Admin>Services
This method is useful for when you are adding a new service and want to allocate it to different staff.
Go to Admin>Services.
Select the service and then open the Staff section.
Select the staff allowed to perform this service. Here you can also set custom pricing and duration for each staff member. Leave it blank and the default price and duration will be allocated.
