Check the appointment status

Click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the appointment to see the appointment menu.

Top line = the status of the appointment

2nd line = status of the invoice connected to the appointment

Appointment status = Scheduled

Appointments booked in the calendar have a default status of scheduled. The colour of the appointment is chosen in the edit service window found in Admin>Services.

Appointment status = Checked in

Once an appointment has been checked in it turns yellow.

Appointment status = Checked out

When an appointment has been checked out, it turns red until the associated invoice is paid. Once the invoice has been paid, the appointment turns grey.

If you void or leave the connected invoice unpaid, the appointment will stay red even if you have created a new invoice that has been paid.

Red appointments

There are four reasons why your appointment is red:

  1. You have chosen red as the colour of your appointment

  2. Your client is running late. As soon as the current time passes the start time of your appointment, the appointment will change to a red colour to alert you.

  3. The appointment has not been checked out.

  4. The associated invoice has not been paid.
