Forms not saving

What to do if your forms are not appearing to the therapist or in the client card.

If you find that you cannot see a patients form once they have completed their side of the journey, they may have clicked the 'Skip' button instead of 'Save'.

In Admin > Organisation Settings > Client Journey and Treatment Records you can untick the 'Allow to skip forms in journey' box to prevent this from occurring:
