Appointments in your calendar can have up to 3 different icons in the top right corner:
Star - a new client. One that has never had an appointment before.
C - a service that is part of a course
Form - a service that had forms emailed to the client on booking. When the forms have been completed, the icon will change from outline to filled. You will need to refresh your page to see any change in the form status.
