If a client asks to have their details removed from your system, if you are a medical practice, remember that you should still have records of the treatments that you have provided - it is only the personal details that you should remove.
Edit the client details and replace the personal details with "fake" details. E.g. Name "GDPR removal" and email "gdpr@removal.com"
Click Save
It isn't possible to completely delete a client from Collums so once you have completed the above, use the archive function instead.
