In Collums, you can now email or send an SMS message to your clients in the client card.
Navigate to the client card and select the 'Actions' button next to the clients name
Select either 'Send email' or 'Send SMS'
Choose the subject and customise the body of the email
Optional: Add in another email in the 'CC' section, choose a form you would like to send with the email
Tip: You can customise your email templates making it quick and easy to draft emails!
