Account Total

The Account Total shows the total amount of money in the client's account. This is usually money taken as a deposit or received in a Direct Debit paid into their account.

It should not be confused with Account Balance which calculates the total amount of money owed to or by the client. Account Balance is shown at the top right of the client card and in the POS.

Account Total is shown in brackets after the Account label in the Client Card>Financials. Click on this to see the Account table showing all ins and outs with a running total.

Account Totals can never be a negative number.
