Account balance calculation

The difference between Account totals and Account balance and how it is calculated

A client's Account balance is shown at the top right of the client card. If it is negative (ie they owe you money), it will be in a red box.

Account balance is calculated by:

Total invoices - Paid invoices (ie Outstanding), + Account total (eg deposits) + Gift voucher total

If Account balance isn't what you are expecting, first check if there is an outstanding amount, then click into the Account and Gift voucher tabs.
