Set regular clinic opening hours

Use this section to set the regular clinic opening hours.

  1. Click on Admin in the right hand menu. If you have more than one location, select the relevant clinic location from the dropdown at the top.

  2. Select "Opening Hours" in the location settings box.

  3. Select your opening hours and click "Save".

Special opening hours

Use this section to change the clinic opening hours of individual days e.g. bank holidays.

  1. Click the blue plus button to add a new date.

  2. Complete the clinics hours and click "Save".

If you need to change an individual days where a member of staff is working earlier or later:

  1. Click the 3 dots at the top of the staff's column in the calendar, click "Edit working hours"

  2. Complete the details and click "Save"

The clinic open hours will automatically be updated for that day to accommodate the new staff schedule.

TIP : 💡

  • If you have selected a member of staff as a Solo practitioner, the Opening Hours option in Admin will be hidden.
