If you have only one practitioner performing services in your location, you can make things easier by setting them as a Solo practitioner.
Create a Solo Practitioner
The checkbox is found in Admin>Staff, select the staff member and go to the Professional section.
About Solo Practitioners
There can only be one Solo practitioner (SP) per location
Being an SP mean that only your column will be visible in the calendar
An SP has permission to provide all services available in the location - there is no need to allocate service rules.
Clinic opening hours become redundant when there is an SP - the SP's working hours will dictate when services can be booked. The location Opening Hours link will be hidden from the Admin menu whilst there is an SP present.
Tips 💡
Don't forget to deselect the SP if you want to see other members of staff in the calendar.

check that you have selected the correct service rules for them.
