Important
When adding new staff members, you must inform Collums via support@collums.co so that your subscription can be adjusted. Using Collums with a greater number of users than paid for will result in back charges with interest being applied. A penalty charge may also be incurred.
Click on "Admin" in the right hand menu.
Click "Staff" in the Organisation Settings box on the right.
Click the blue plus button next to the search bar at the top left of the page.
Complete the details for your new staff member. Fields marked with a * are mandatory.
Personal:
The display name is the name that will be shown within Collums e.g. in the calendar.
The colour selected will be used in the schedules module.
The email address you enter will the email required for log in
Professional:
The Job field will dictate the access your staff member will have to the different modules within Collums - these are called User Permissions. Learn how to create and customise User Permissions.

If you want to see you new staff member in the calendar, you must tick the "Performs Treatments" check box.
Location:
Select the location(s) that your staff member will be working in.
Service rules:
Select the services that your staff member will offer.
Commission:
Select the commission scheme to apply to your staff member. Learn how to create a commission scheme.
Security:
"Only show own column in calendar" - select this option to prevent your member of staff seeing other staff columns in the calendar.
The PIN number must contain 5 digits and be unique to each staff member. PINs identify the member of staff when starting a client journey and are used to log back in when locking the screen via the lock icon in the right hand menu.
Online Booking:
Select if you wish this member of staff to be available for online bookings.
Click "Save"
