Create a new clinic / location

Set up your Clinic

  1. Click on Admin in the right hand menu.

  2. Click on "Locations" in the Organisation box.

  3. Click the blue plus button.

  4. Complete the Information of your Clinic

  5. Click "Save"

After you have added your new location, please do the following steps to ensure your new location is ready to take bookings:

1. Assign Services to the New Location

  • After adding the location, go to the Services section.

  • Assign the appropriate services that will be offered at this new location.

2. Assign Staff to the New Location

  • Go to the Staff section and assign the relevant staff members to the new location.

  • Ensure that each staff member has their services linked to this location.

3. Create a Schedule for Availability

  • Set up the schedule for the new location by defining the operating hours and availability.

  • Ensure that staff schedules align with the location's operating hours.

3. Run a test booking

  • Once the above steps are completed, book in a test appointment to ensure you have correctly set it all up.

Clicking on the "Options" tab on the far right of your Location details row, will allow you to select "settings". This will page will show you the equipment view for that Clinic Location.
