Your computer or device holds files in a "cache" that it uses to load Collums more quickly. When we update, if your computer holds onto this cache, it may cause problems.
If you have problems with Collums such as logging in or loading pages, first try hard reloading Chrome or using Incognito mode. This loads Collums ignoring your cache. If this fixes the problem in your tab but the issue persists elsewhere, consider clearing your cache.
Important: Always use Google Chrome to run Collums.
