A course is a series of the same service e.g. HydraFacial x 6.
A package is a mixture of different services e.g. HydraFacial x 6 and Laser x 3.
Before booking a service from a course or package, the client must have first purchased or part paid for the course or package.
Sell a course or package
In the POS, click "COURSE" in the "Add invoice item" box.
Select the course or package.
Select the "Sold by" staff member (if set up, they will receive the commission from this sale) and click "Add item".
Take payment.
When booking an appointment, the course or package will available to be selected in the left hand drawer (LHD).
The booked appointment will show a "C" in the top right corner of the appointment block.
