You need to tell Collums which toxins, fillers and injectable products you use in your treatments so that you can select them from a list when completing your treatment notes.
First, you need to create each injectable item as a Product. Ensure that you tell Collums the number of units in a vial of toxin or the volume of the syringe of filler.
You can create as many of these as you wish but each product must be created and then tagged correctly to appear in your toxin and filler treatment notes.
Tagging products for use in digital treatment notes
Go to Admin > Products and click on the product.
Open the General section, select the "My Toxin" or "My Filler" tag in the "Select or add Tags" field. Once selected, you will see the tag above the field.
Click Save

Ensure that you complete the volume of your product e.g. 100 units or 1 mls
You can use the Toxin tag and toxin treatment form for any treatment that involves a product injected by the unit e.g. different types of toxin or hyalase.
You can use the Filler tag and filler treatment form for any treatment that involves a product injected by volume e.g. different types of filler, skin boosters or fat melting injections.
If you use different types of toxin, you can change the dose circle presets in Admin > Organisation Settings > Settings > Treatment Records.
For Sculptra or other treatment where the product is diluted into a desired volume (e.g. deoxycholic acid), use the toxin treatment record.
for Sculptra, set the volume of the product as 1ml. When setting up your treatment record, choose "Quantity" of Sculptra as the number of mls you have to use. E.g. if you have 9mls of diluted product, select Quantity = 9.
