Creating tags

What they can be used for and how to apply them

Tags can be created in 2 ways:

  1. In admin/tags

  2. At the time of wanting to apply a tag to a resource e.g. patient or service.

​1. Create a tag in admin/tags

  1. Go to Admin/Resources/Tags

  2. Click/tap the blue + button

    1. Enter that tag name

    2. Chose the tag type

  3. Click "Save"

2. Create a tag when editing a resource

Create/apply a patient tag

  1. Go the Client Card/General/Personal tab

  2. Click on the blue plus button next to the tabs field to create a new tag

  3. Choose an existing tag from the dropdown list to apply it.

Create/apply a product or service tag

  1. Click on the product or service you wish to tag

  2. In the General section, click on the blue plus button next to the tabs field to create a new tag

  3. Choose an existing tag from the dropdown list to apply it
