When a gift voucher is sold, it appears on the purchaser's invoice but is not allocated to them. This is because it could be given to someone else to use. It will not appear in their client card/gift voucher at this time.
When the gift voucher is used (by anyone who presents the gift voucher number) it is allocated to that person and the transaction will show in their client card/gift voucher.
If only part of the gift voucher balance is used, the remaining balance is shown here also.
Gift card expiry is set at 1 year but can be changed manually.
