Create an invoice
There are 2 ways to create an invoice:
Go to the POS in the right hand menu to create an invoice at any time e.g.
when a walk in wishes to purchase a product
when a patient wishes to purchase a course
Clicking "Check out & pay" on the appointment menu in an appointment in the calendar.
An invoice is created when a patient is checked in for their appointment. This invoice will contain the item(s) contained in their appointment(s).
This invoice can be be found in the patient's Client Card/Financials at any time regardless of what a practitioner might be doing in their journey or medical notes. Any changes to this invoice are saved immediately and logged in the invoice log.
When "Check out & pay" is clicked in the appointment, the latest version of the invoice will appear in a new tab.
It can be further edited before payment is taken - any value in blue text can be edited by clicking on it.
