There are 3 reasons why your new category or service isn't appearing online.

  • If your category or service is simply missing from online booking:

    • The category or service may not be active or switched on for online booking

  • If you click on the category in online booking and get the message "service unavailable":

    • The service isn't configured correctly and/or

    • The equipment isn't configured properly

    • 'Allow online booking' has not been selected for the practitioner

Switch on a category or service for online booking

  1. Go to admin > services

  2. Ensure that the category and service is active and switched on for online booking by clicking the toggles at the left and right of the screen

Ensure your service is configured correctly

  1. Go to admin > services and click on the category or service you wish to configure

  2. Ensure that you have selected rooms and any equipment for the service

  3. Ensure that you have selected staff to perform the service

Your service will be available to book online if:

  • You have not selected any staff

  • You have not selected any rooms

  • Your equipment is not available in the room your service is performed in (see below)

Configure equipment

  1. Go to admin > equipment

  2. Ensure your equipment is active using the toggle

  3. Click on the equipment and select the rooms it can be used in

**Your equipment must be available for the room(s) your service is selected for.**

Allow online booking

  1. Go to admin > staff

  2. Select practitioner and open 'online booking'

  3. Select 'Allow online booking' for the practitioner

If you have done all of the above and your category or service still doesn't show, try these last two steps before contacting us:

  1. Open category or service and click "Save"

  2. Click the toggle to deactivate it and activate it again

Tips :

πŸ’‘ Don't set up equipment if you don't need to - set it up if you have more than one staff member performing treatments with the equipment resulting in a risk of double booking.

πŸ’‘ When looking at category Room & Equipment rules, pay attention to the check box status. A dash means that NOT all the services in the category have this check box ticked. If you want to select it for all, click on it until you see the tick and then save.
