Text templates (sometimes called snippets) enable you to add blocks of text into your notes with a single click.

Create a new text template

  1. In a practitioner note, write your desired text in the text box in the right (or bottom, depending on your device and orientation) pane.

  2. Click "Save new template", give it a name and click Save. Check the option "Save for all practitioners" if you wish all users to have access to the text template.

  3. Your text template will now appear in the Text template drop down

Using text templates

  1. Place your cursor in the text box in the place you wish to enter your text.

  2. Click the Text template dropdown and select the template you wish to insert and your text will appear. You can now edit the text if needed.

TIP : πŸ’‘

Use text templates to create proformas for different treatments. You can enter headings to be completed or entire sections of text that can then be edited or deleted.
