The Collums support help centre lives at the bottom left of every Collums page.
If you find that you are unable to type in the text fields here, check if you have other drop downs or menus open in Collums. Close them and then try again.
The support chat doesn't always work when you have other menus open in Collums.
In the screenshot below, the menu that is open under the blue + button needs to be closed before the chat function will work.
