You need to tell Collums which toxins, fillers and injectable products you use in your treatments so that you can select them from a list when completing your digital notes.

Before you can do this, you will need to create each injectable item(s) as a Product.

Select the toxins to use in digital notes

  1. Click on Admin in the right hand menu.

  2. Click "Products" in the Resources box.

  3. Click on the name of the toxin you wish to use. (We recommend that you include the total no of units in the name e.g. Botox 100u)

  4. Click on the "General" section. (Ensure that you have set the units correctly e.g. 100 units).

  5. Click on the blue plus button next to the "Select or add tags" field. (If you have already created a tag for your toxins, go to step 7).

  6. Name the tag e.g. "My toxin" and select "Toxin" as the type. It is not important what you name the tag but you must select "Toxin" as the type.

  7. Select your tag from the drop down and click Save.

Your tagged toxin will now appear in the Toxin field of the Toxin treatment record.

You can tag as many toxin products as you wish.

Select the fillers to use in digital notes

Repeat steps 1-5 above.

Ensure that you have set the volume of the syringes correctly e.g. 1 ml.

When creating your tag, name the tag e.g. "My filler" and select "Filler" as the type. It is not important what you name the tag but you must select "Filler" as the type.

  • You can use the toxin and filler treatment records to document other types on injectable treatment. Choose the toxin treatment record for injectables that are injected by the unit and filler treatment record for those injected by volume.

  • For Sculptra or other treatment where the product is diluted into a desired volume (e.g. deoxycholic acid), use the toxin treatment record.

  • for Sculptra, set the volume of the product as 1ml. When setting up your treatment record, choose "Quantity" of Sculptra as the number of mls you have to use. E.g. if you have 9mls of diluted product, select Quantity = 9.
