Notifications, Pre/After Care messages and marketing emails all use the same editor. In this editor you can insert images, embed videos and create clickable links.
Insert an image into an email
In the email editor, select the position you wish to place your image and click the image icon in the tool bar.
If your image is hosted online, enter the url in the Source field. To upload your photo, click the upload icon.
Select your image file and click Save.
Insert/embed a video into an email
Follow the steps above to insert an image but this time click the Play icon to the right of the image icon.
Enter the url of the video into the Source field.
If you have the embed code, click Embed and paste your code there
Please note, you cannot host your video on Collums' servers. Ie, the video must live somewhere on the internet e.g. Youtube.
Create a link in an email
You can add a link to an image or text so that when the user clicks on the link, it will open a webpage e.g. your online booking or business website.
Click the image or hight the text that you would like to contain the link.
Click the link icon in the text editor tool bar
Paste the url into the url field and click Save.
