Create staff Jobs

Staff Jobs can be used to allocate User Permissions (the access that staff have to different Collums' modules).

  1. Click on Admin in the right hand menu.

  2. Click "Jobs" in the Organisation Settings box on the right.

  3. Click the blue plus button next to the search bar at the top left of the page.

  4. Enter the Job name.

  5. If you wish staff with this job to appear in the calendar, click "Show column in Calendar"

  6. Click Save.

Assign staff to a Job when creating or editing a staff member.
