After selling a course you or the client may change their mind.
Be sure to issue any refunds to the invoice then go to their client card and:
Go to the COURSES tab.
Select the "Options" on the right of the course.
Choose "Void Course"
It will now no longer prompt you to use a course treatment when booking the associated appointment.
