Edit a service

Change the price, duration and other features of a service

Services and their categories are created at the Organisation level. If you are a single location clinic, change the service here.

Edit a service if you have one location

  1. Click on Admin in the right hand menu and then on "Services" in the Organisation Resources box.

  2. Click the category or service that you wish to update.

  3. Make the necessary changes and then click "Save".

Make changes here also if you have more than one location but wish the change to affect them all.

Edit a service if you have multiple locations

If you have more than one location and want to update for ALL locations, again, make your changes here.

If you have more than one location and want to update the price or other service detail for a particular location, the change should be made at the location level. See below for further detail.

  1. Click on Admin in the right hand menu

  2. In the drop down at the top of the screen, select the location you wish to make the changes to.

  3. Click "Services" in the Location Resources box.

  4. Click the category or service that you wish to update.

  5. Make the necessary changes and then click "Save".
