Use the filler treatment template to document filler, Sculptra, skin boosters and related treatments.
If you arrive at this page via the patient journey, the sex of the facial image will match the patient's sex.
Select your filler and quantity.
Enter lot no and expiry date. If you prefer, take a photo to upload and enter something easy and recognisable as not real e.g. 111 and 11/99.
Select a colour and click the blue + button.
Return to step 1 to add any further (different) fillers.
Select a treatment area and filler.
Drag your chosen dose circles onto the image. The default dose circle doses can be changed in settings.
If you wish to use a custom dose, enter it into the field and drag the circle next to it.
Read here about completing details in the right (or bottom) pane.
You can also use the mark up tools at the bottom of the image.
TIP: 💡
If documenting a Sculptra treatment and use Sculptra diluted into 9 mls of saline and anaesthetic, create your Sculptra product with a volume of 9 mls.
