The patient journey is a great way to ensure that all the forms related to a service are completed each and every time. However, if you wish t have the option to skip forms during the journey, you can do this.
Go to Admin > Settings > Client Journey and Treatment Records
Click the "Allow to skip forms in journey" check box and save.
With this option enabled, a "Skip" button will be present at the bottom of each form form in the patient journey.
