Before we do your data import, there are a couple of areas of Collums that you can begin to set up ready for when you go live. It is important to understand what you can set up and what you must not touch to avoid this data being overwritten in the import.
What NOT TO DO before your import:
Do not create new services
Do not create new products
Do not add clients
Do not create staff members
Do not add appointments to the calendar
What you SHOULD DO before your data import:
Set up your organisation settings
Set up your notifications
Create or edit your forms
Once your data has been imported, you are able to finishing up your account set up ready to go live!
