How to set up your account before your data import

What you can and cannot do pre data import

Before we do your data import, there are a couple of areas of Collums that you can begin to set up ready for when you go live. It is important to understand what you can set up and what you must not touch to avoid this data being overwritten in the import.

What NOT TO DO before your import:

  • Do not create new services

  • Do not create new products

  • Do not add clients

  • Do not create staff members

  • Do not add appointments to the calendar

What you SHOULD DO before your data import:

Once your data has been imported, you are able to finishing up your account set up ready to go live!
