One of the most important tasks to complete before going live with Collums, is to let your clients know that you have switched booking systems.
You can set up a marketing campaign in Collums to inform everyone of these updates. Make sure to first set up a segment to go to all clients.
Here is an example template that you can send out in campaigns:
Hi {ClientFirstName},
We are excited to share that we have upgraded to a brand new online booking system, making your journey with us even smoother!!
We cannot wait to welcome you in clinic soon; to book your appointments you will need to use this URL - XXX.collums.co.uk.
Important: On the online booking page, you will first have to click "Sign Up".
You should choose "I am an existing {your clinic name} customer" and enter the same email that you have used previously when booking with us.
You will then get an email to complete your registration and book in!
