Keep track of a patients membership appointments

See membership information in the client card

  • If a patient has a membership, you will see "MEMBERSHIPS" in the grey menu bar at the top of the client card. Click this to see the membership table.

  • Click on the row (or Options>History) to see the history of the membership.

  • The Options button on the right allows you to manually redeem or un-redeem services from the membership.

  • Pausing the membership (via the Options button) also pauses the Direct Debit.

  • Direct debit information can be seen as usual in client card> FINANCIALS>MEMBERSHIPS/DD.
