Book an appointment from a membership
Go the calendar and click on the white space you wish to book the appointment.
Search for and select the patient from the dropdown in the left hand drawer (LHD).
If the selected patient has a membership, they will appear in the LHD with important information about the membership.
If the payment for the service has not yet been received, the Book button will be red. However, you can still book the appointment, just click continue when you see the pop-up warning.
The same is the case for a service that is booked before it's official date window. When trying to book, you will see a warning pop-up letting you know that the booking date is too early. Override this pop-up if you wish.
Click Save.
